The roof on the canteen was in a particularly poor state and thus a complete stripping of the roof was needed.
The works on this part of the roof included:
• The stripping of all felt covering and dispose of.
• Felting in high performance base felts and polyester mineral finish. All felt laid by Rubberoid type torch on system.
• Make good disturbed areas back to good.
• Remove all resultant rubble from above works.

The roof over the office area was not in such a bad state and thus instead of a full repair, our roofing team instead carried out the following work:
• The renewal of all defective/leaking and perished edge details in torch on felts
• The cleaning of all felt seams in full and apply our two stage polymer resin bond
• Renewal of all defective felt to all light domes on main office area
These repairs should last over 10 years and will prevent further leaking into the building.
