DPR have recently undertaken some repairs to a section of roof guttering to a property in Garforth, near Leeds.

Following a comprehensive site survey, DPRs roofing specialists found that the guttering was full of vegetation, silt and moss growth that had clearly built up over a number of years. The result was that whenever they had modest or heavy rain in Garforth, rainwater would overflow causing water to stream down the front of the house wall, in turn causing a damp problem.

DPR roofers cleared the gutter so it was completely clear and re-sealed the gutter joint with their specialist fibreglass resign. It was

then tested for water tightness to ensure that the problem had been eradicated.
